  • Does my virtual assistant work on weekends, holidays or after hours?"
    In a short answer, no. I try to keep to the work week, Monday through Friday 9-5 PDT. However, based on my workload this could stretch into the weekend. When it comes to the holidays, I put the work aside to spend time with my family and friends.
  • Can my virtual assistant help me file my taxes?
    Unfortunately, I have yet to master the art of taxes.
  • Will I meet my virtual assistant in person?
    I try to keep all my professional relationships in the virtual world. However, we can most definitely meet over coffee via Zoom.
  • Can I assign a company email address to my virtual assistant?
    For sure! I can communicate on your behalf.
  • What forms of payment does my virtual assistant accept?
    I accept ACH transfers via a secure third-party payment system.
  • What tools or programs does my virtual assistant use?
    When it comes to navigating software, sites and programs I am a virtual savvy. I am well versed in using the following online programs: G Suite, MS Office, Dropbox, Asana, Trello, Monday, LastPass, Canva, Skype, Zoom, TailWind, Later, Planoly, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Expensify, ZenDesk, Thinkify, Slack.
  • Will my information be protected with my virtual assistant?
    Absolutely! A confidentiality agreement is made part of our agreement. It protects both you and your company.
  • I don't see the type of package I need on here. Can my virtual assistant create a customized package for me?
    Absolutely! We are more than happy to put together a specialized package that works for you and your business.
